Training & Support for ALM Research Online

So, now you’re a subscriber. Or your organization is already a subscriber, but you have someone new on your staff that needs to know how to use ALM Research Online to do the types of research your firm needs. Or you are thinking about becoming a subscriber, but want to see how it works for your needs first.

Training is available when your organization becomes a subscriber, and also when your subscription is renewed, so that newcomers to your department can receive the training. Call or email Chuck Lowry, Director of Client Relations, to make arrangements for a training session in your office: clowry@alm.com; 212-592-4932.

Demonstrations are available several ways. You might start by taking the online “tour” of the database. Go to www.almresearchonline.com, and click on “here” in the left-hand column to tour the database or learn more about subscribing.

Also, Chuck Lowry is giving a free Web demonstration on February 5th at 2:00 EST. To sign up, call or email (888-770-5647 or clowry@alm.com). On Monday, February 5th, those who have signed up will get a WebEx meeting notice. All you need is a telephone and a computer with a live internet link.
